NYTimes: How Nike Designs for NBA Athletes

I think we can all admit that Nike has a problem with its jerseys ripping.

The New York Times went deep inside Nike to find out how exactly these jerseys were designed. The Times spoke with John Hoke, the chief design officer of Nike, about what it’s like designing on the scale that Nike does, how his dyslexia made him look at the world differently, and how he manages 1,000 designers.
