  1. Hey NW, big supporter of what you’re doing here. Been out of commission with a broken sesamoid in the ball of my foot as well as turf toe, and 8 months later I’m finally starting to get back on the court. Is there a shoe (or nike technology) that you would recommend that has really good cushioning in the forefoot but also is stiff soled? Thanks in advance.

    1. Hey JT & Nightwing what about the Jordan CP3 IV or V’s? I am currently still playing in the IV’s and they do not flex that much along the sole and podulon would give you the cushioning your after. Also the bonus that podulon will last your years in terms of retaining it’s comfort. Just a thought

  2. Thanks for the feedback. Only issue with the CP3 is I need hightops, 2 glass ankles. 31 years old and I feel like I’m 60, lesson is take care or your injuries when you’re young kids.

Anyways, ok, so just played in my current shoes
(Jordan play in these F), with a pad in my shoe, and the flexibility of those shoes absolutely killed my big toe joint. Forget about cusion ( I can add that), what is a high top with the most rigid sole you can think off with at least decent traction? Much thanks
