We don’t have tech specs yet, but the shoe looks like it’s ready to perform.
The first colorway that has surfaced online — thanks to Japanese retailer atmos — is a simple triple black build. The mesh upper looks durable and is reinforced with fuse at the seams and high-wear areas.
Nightwing liked the Venomenon 5 more than the Kobe X, and the shoe received Starting Five marks in almost every category (for the full performance review click here).
The Venomenon 5 featured bottom-loaded Zoom units in both the forefoot and heel, and while that isn’t the ideal set up for many, its price point was reasonable. Judging by the outsole, that set up is returning in the Venomenon 6.
We will update you when we have tech specs. If the shoe has hit atmos in Japan it shouldn’t be long before other overseas retailers get the sneaker.

From the side it almost looks like a Zoom Live without the strap.
I like how these look more than either of the ADs. I’ll also take zoom over lunar any day. The heel doesn’t appear to be as clunky as the last one. If they still have a hard rubber outsole these should be a solid outdoor shoe.
Aesthetics are subjective. I do like the look of the AD, though.

Dunno man. Looks like it’s biting off the ZO2’s. Oh well. Only time would tell when Nike had to copy the brilliance of Big Baller Brand, after they made the horrendous mistake of not catering to CEO LaVar’s demands. Now they’re desperate to compete with his to-be billion dollar company.

Love the Venomenon line, they always fit a bit wider and the outsoles actually last on blacktop.
Too simple design. It’s like a mix of Under Armour shoes with a bit of ZO2s.
