Nike has two special edition complementary Metcon 4 builds for CrossFit workout partners coming next week.
Dynamic duos can bring out the best in one another, and that may be most evident in workout partners that help each other attain new goals with a little push.
These Nike Metcon 4 colorways play off each other with reverse mirror-image detailing; the black shoe is the reverse colorway of the white shoe, while each one gets a unique pop of yellow or purple (these colors are exact opposites on the color wheel).
Nike athletes, fitness pros, and power couple Lauren Fisher and Rasmus Andersen showcase this kind of complementary partnership. “Having a relationship with someone not only outside of the gym, but inside of the gym, means that we hold each other accountable and we make sure we stay on track with our goals,” said Fisher in a statement.
The Nike Metcon 4 will be available in black (the men’s colorway) and white (women’s) on February 14 on nike.com and at select retailers.
Several colorways of the Nike Metcon 4 are available at Eastbay.com for $130 in both men’s and women’s sizing.
