Ever wonder what the Nike LeBron X looked like deconstructed? Yeah… me either… but just in case you did, Long7 took them apart for you.
With a shoe like this, all the tech is visible so I personally would have rather seen something else get dismantled but there is still something to learn either way.

Im glad you posted this here, I just got a pair of lebrons. I was really intrigued by the new zoom 360 bag and the flywire lock down, but when i saw this deconstruction it really looks like the flywire does not do anything, I thought it would adjust differently but it seems from the photos that it is just show. however i still love the new air unit.
Another thing Ive been seen many different deconstruction pictures from this same guy “Long-7” but do you think he is deconstructing these shoes as well as retro jordan’s so chinese companies can copy the shoe better?! just a thought i had

having the same comments and feeling about the flywires also, i might be wrong but i just think that it really doesn’t do anything, not just the lebron x but any other shoe that utilize it…
Well, I personal own one of these pair and i’ve try to change the shoes laces lately jst for fun… and I found that the normal shoe laces (like i’m using mine form the Crazy light 2, the round pair) the lock down wasn’t there, the fit and the feeling of the shoes on my leg just feel different… so with the ori laces + the fly wire along the side, it does do something, the fit was alot better and tighter… :)! that’s just an personal experience though
Interesting…like seeing the man behind the curtain or the Great OZ and seeing he’s a shriveled old man. Just shows the mark up and profit NIKE takes on these. Almost like the Kevin Ware injury….I just can’t watch it. (Who puts a pit off the floor out of bounds?)
i just realized the same thing and it has a crappy heel cup. but cool air unit too. i’m not going to be blinded by flywire anymore. fuse is just fine.
personally i think flywire helps alot for those who has broad forefoot, not so much for those who has narrow forefoot.
