This year’s tribute to one of the most well-known races in the U.S. in the Nike Free 5.0 ‘Boston Marathon 2015’ pack is available now.
The pack features a men’s and women’s colorway, both with the signature marathon colors of yellow and blue. Both feature the words “we run in mass” on the heels of the sneakers, a play on words to Massachusetts. Stylistically, both sneakers feature swooshes that are reflective in low light.
The silhouette features a 5.0 midsole, which offers a good mix of flexibility and support. In comparison, a 3.0 sole features more flexibility and is lower to the ground, while a 7.0 is higher off the ground and offers maximum support for a Nike running shoe.
