Built on an all-air outsole, the Air VaporMax has been turning heads since its unveiling. Now, Nike has looked back to the golden age of Air Maxes for inspiration and has released the Nike Air VaporMax Plus ‘Tiger’.
Taking clear inspiration from that iconic Air Max Plus, this Air VaporMax Plus features the fiery upper that first debuted 20 years ago. Comprised of neoprene and TPU, older heads should feel right at home when they slip on Nike’s newest iteration. A black Phylon midsole separates the Air Pods from the upper, and a shank plate splits the forefoot and heel for added stability.
The tongue reads “Air Vapormax Plus,” and the heel features an altered take on the “Tn Air” logo that made the Plus famous so long ago.
