Native is known for making vegan and environmentally friendly footwear at affordable price points. The Native Hydro collection, which features the Apex, Rover, and Chukka silhouettes, is designed to do one thing: keep your feet dry.
The trio of new styles utilize the environmentally friendly Defender Repellent System with Scotchgard and rugged outsoles to create water-resistant and non-slip footwear for the coming showers. The new silhouettes are all shock absorbent and beast-free.
The Apex boot is built atop the classic Apollo platform and comes equipped with a saw-tooth rubber outsole (to keep you from slipping on wet ground) and a recycled nubuck upper that features micro-perforations to allow for breathability. Available in four colorways — Jiffy Black, Regatta Blue, Tomb Brown, and Dublin Grey — the Native Apex retails for $125.
The Rover trades some height and the nubuck for a mesh upper with a waterproof membrane. The transparent no-sew 3D printed mudguard add protection and the 3M reflective heel ribbon adds visibility. The Rover is available in three colorways — Rookie Green, Jiffy Black, and Pigeon Grey — for $110.
Finally, the Chukka Hydro features a 3-ply assembly water-resistant upper, no-sew details, and subtle Native branding. The shoe sits atop an Ultra-Lite rubber outsole and is available in four colorways — Jiffy Black, Rookie Green, Tomb Brown, and Pigeon Grey — for $100.
The entire Native Hydro Collection is available online now here.

Indeed. And something everyone needs also.
Definitely considering copping the black Apex boot…
Nice.. are these true to size? I really appreciate the environmentally friendly approach.
Unfortunately I have no idea. I have never purchased a native product and the brand has never sent me one. If you do purchase, please do come back here and let us know, or hit me on socials
