J. R. Smith and Kyrie Debut New PEs in Game 1

Game 1 Kyrie 2 PE 1

Just in case y’all were wondering what J. R. Smith and Kyrie Irving had on feet last night for Game 1 of the 2016 NBA Finals, Nike has you covered.

There is no word on whether these PEs will release, but the Kyrie has tons of gold — gold flecks in the outsole, big gold strap and midsole — and is perfect for the Finals. I’d bet it would do well at retail. Plus, fades are the rage now (word to Klay Thompson) and Smith’s PE showcases just that. The splatter on the heel Air unit is pretty ill as well.

Thoughts on these Game 1 Cavs PEs? Which one do you like more? Sound off below.

    1. J.R. always plays in the Lebron lows. NBA players have massive amounts of tape around their ankles so it probably helps the heel lockdown.

  1. Those Lebron Low PEs look so good. I’ve really been look forward to those shoes. I might risk it lol.

  2. Fade on the 13 low reminds me of the Soldier IX “Rise”. JR prolly puts tape or glue on his feet to make them stick.

  3. I hate how the players only wear their own PEs and rarely the retail colorways now days…also I thought the lebron 13 low looked promising but after the review hells no cop! NBA players can wear almost anything BC they have their own custom insoles and the courts they play on are world class…clean and tacky as f***!
