Get a Detailed Look at the Upcoming Jordan Melo M13

You want a detailed look at the upcoming Jordan Melo M13? We’ve got you covered.

It may be the colorway, but I still think these look great. Yes, Jordan Brand seems to have hijacked ideas and design elements from other brands, but it works visually. Performance wise, they’ll likely work as well. FlightSpeed is still in place along with the unlocked Zoom Air in the forefoot. A Kurim-looking upper makes it way onto the Melo line while the interior looks plush. The only area that looks like it could pose a problem is the traction, but you never know until you take them for a spin.

The Jordan Melo M13 is already available overseas, but has yet to be officially announced Stateside. Stay tuned for updates on the release of the Jordan Melo M13, and let us know if you’re interested in trying them on on-court once they are available.

  1. Traction looks questionable, but props to BrandBlack. When Jordan is taking design cues from you, you’re definitely doing something right.

    1. The upper looks like it would have better traction than the sole, if you happened to twist your ankle really bad and skid on the side of your foot.

  2. As…not cool Nike can be sometimes, some people seem so quick to jump on anything against them.

Textured upper and pattern really isn’t anything new, period. The M11 already had a triangular theme at the collar/heel. Possible use of Kurim all over can draw back (not far back) to the Ultra Fly, Kobe 9 EXT and LeBron 13 Elite.

  3. the jordan M11 had its press release on December 15, 2014. The BrandBlack JCrossover 2 was first seen from my observations on December 24, 2014… you be the judge on who stole the “idea” and who mass produced it first…

    1. If we’re going by dates, the JC1 used the design first. Which is why they continued to carry that design element over throughout the 2 and 3. The JC2 was in my hands and being tested in early 2014, and prior to that BB was at all Agenda trade shows showing their upcoming line which included samples of the JC2. Someone definitely borrowed the design from someone else. But it wasn’t BB. Sorry.

  4. I really like the shape, lines, and other details on these

As far as overall fit/performance of features, curious if they will deliver
