FILA and clothing company Lafayette announced today that they will be collaborating together on the 93 Overpass.
Taking inspiration from the military and sports, the 93 Overpass features custom A-Tacs fabric in two colorways: green and white. The green colorway features a black nylon ripstop with A-Tacs fabric carried on the upper while the white colorway instead has a white ripstop and white/grey A-Tacs fabric.
The green colorway features an embellished FILA and Lafayette co-branded logo on the tongue while the footbed is decorated with a red and black “Lafayette FILA 93 Overpass.” However, on the white colorway, the logos were designed to stay in line with FILA’s iconic navy, red, and white color scheme.
Lastly, additional logos include a woven Lafayette logo on FILA’s signature flag design, an embroidered FILA 93 logo on the the back quarter, and the FILA F on the collar. Reflective laces come with the sneakers to provide the finishing touches.
The Lafayette x FILA 93 Overpass is set for a limited release in the USA on June 24 at Privilege New York, located in the lower east side of New York at 84 Clinton Street, though no price has been announced. Any remaining sneakers will be sold online on June 25 on the Privilege website as well as Lafayette Store locations in Japan.
