Here’s a Detailed Look at Klay Thompson’s Anta KT3 Low ‘Black Panther’ Collab

The first colorway of the Anta KT3 Low to release (overseas) was this Black Panther collaboration, and thanks to @weocia, we’ve got a detailed look at it.

After showing you all the Anta KT3 ‘Black Panther’ it was only fair to make some drool over the lowtop. The knit upper of the Anta KT3 Low has been woven to mimic the look of carbon fiber while the “tongues” (inner booties) receive the same tribal patterns as the heels of the hightop.

The shoe rides atop a metallic silver shank plate and translucent outsoles that use an interesting iridescent effect. One heel flaunts Black Panther’s mask while the other features Klay Thompson’s logo. “BLACK PANTHER” is also smoked along the heels in a bold and dark font.

The Marvel x Anta KT3 Low ‘Black Panther’ is available now in limited numbers at Famuji Sneaker for $150. This is the shop’s last restock, and it doesn’t look like this collab will release Stateside.

  1. The only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger on the KT shoes are that damn strap on the high. These kicks look much better as a low. These Black Panther collaboration are ?.

  2. Outsole on this low was interesting, but as nice as the KT3 is in general, it’s hard to justify a second pair imo. Great shoe, just some comparable, if not better options came soon after.

And I don’t get why Anta laces the KT3 outside-in going up. Maybe it’s just me, but that’s so annoying to tie. I re-did my lacing the regular way. Anyway, I’m looking forward to the KT4 because this was a major step up in overseas offerings.

  3. Maybe its just the professional photography, but I think these and the highs are gorgeous in this cw. Would like to see them in person.

  4. I was ready to pull the trigger on Harden 2, but this made me pause… What would you guys pick between these two?

    1. Depends what you value/need in a sneaker. The Harden Vol 2 has been having some traction issues but we had to create a brand new badge for the traction on the KT3…
