They REALLY need to hire someone for one day to work on the functionality of their site. The photography is nice but not being able to filter by size? Having to email them to make the order? You don’t even know if the coupon will work on items because “exclusions apply”. So the item you contact them about might not be eligible so it could be a HUGE waste of time. They also don’t seem to have up to the minute inventory updates so your size might be sold out by the time they respond to your email. Its 2018. This is entry level things for an e commerce business.
