Select members of the media were invited to Under Armour‘s unveiling of the Anatomix Spawn… my invite must have gotten lost in the mail. I kid, I kid.

If you want to fill your noggin with more information than most would require (this is for tech junkies like myself) then head over to Sneaker Report and check out their complete breakdown of the latest Under Armour Basketball sneaker.

Feel free to come back here and share/ discuss your thoughts on the shoe in the comment section below.

  1. They said these will have no dead space. That means these r going to fit like the kd v. It’s on like donkey kong !!!

  2. I have always been looking for shoes with dead space and I don’t know if micro g is better than zoom but I think this will be the ones.

  3. wow… now that’s a research by u.a.. outstanding..
just my opinion u knw, the traction isnt implemented as a whole but all the right areas that the feet would put pressure upon strides are there, therefore it would reduce the pressure that one needs to exert in order for the traction to work better. and that is in comparison to full length herringbones,/im not saying full length herring isnt good bcause a lot of sneakers already prove it, but i am thinking of the ua implementation as a “targeted” traction, something like that…. just my opinion though… cheer =)\

  4. I don’t quite get this zero dead space thingy, how is it gonna give a perfect fit to wide/medium/narrow footers?

  5. foot model looks narrow because they’re just all bones.. add on some muscles in there and throw in a lil bit of fat maybe and you’d say it ain’t that narrow at all
