The Air Jordan 6 Retro in the original ‘Maroon’ colorway has been a release rumor for the last three plus years. Finally, this year they’ll actually be returning to retail.
These look nearly identical to the OG versions. The off-white upper, the subtle maroon hits, and even the Nike Air on the heel. The outsole looks vintage without the blue tint and it almost has a milky look. Lace locks will feature double-sided branding, with one side showcasing the Jumpman while the other side features ‘NIKE’. Only down side is that these will likely be limited. Moreover, they increased the price to $220. Yeah…$220. No matter how much I like them, I’m not sure if I can get down with that price.

I don’t mess with many Jordans. I have waited for this CW to come back for years. Now, I just feel salty. No thanks Jordan Brand, not for 220.
Ugh… Love the color… NOT gonna pay that!
I guess when the retro the 29s, they’d go for about 500. Hate the Maroons price but, I love that nike air sign in the back (OG love).
So true.
Got a pair of size 14s for Christmas- was hoping for a performance shoe, so I’m looking to unload them and will do so for 180 given that I played one game (2s and 3s to 21 full disclosure) in them, indoors. Cleaned off good as new literally worn once, didn’t break a sweat. robbyplock@gmail.com
