Performance Teaser: Nike Air Max Hyperposite

Call me crazy but I believe the Air Max Hyperposite is Nike’s best use of Foamposite material to date.

When you first put them on they are tight… like, REALLY tight. However, they are true to size. If you are a casual wearer of shoes, you’ll say to go up ½ size but they do actually fit true to size from a length perspective and unless you have wide feet, go with your usual size. The reason they feel so tight is because of the Foamposite material which Nike designed to mold around your foot shape… and I must say, it does just that and it does it MUCH faster than in the original Nike Air Foamposite One.

I was skeptical about the Foam in general since it’s much thinner than what I was used to. After having the Foamposite One & Pro along with the Nike Zoom Rookie… this was the thinnest use of Foam I’ve seen and didn’t think it would do much of anything. Well… I was dead wrong.

The heel lock-down isn’t too impressive for the first few hours but if you give it time, this too molds to YOUR foot shape.

Why is this so important? You know how one shoe may fit me perfectly but fit you awkwardly and vice versa? This takes care of the situation as the shoe quickly molds and gives you a custom fit. $225 for a custom fitting hoop shoe… sign me up.

This is the best Foamposite based sneaker for performance… period.

Now… if they can just make a pair for Guards I’d be ecstatic. Flightposite models don’t count… I want a Fuse/ Foamposite model for Guards.
