The Air Jordan 14 Retro ‘Indiglo’ Has a Release Date

Air Jordan XIV Indaglo-Rear Angle

It’s about damn time. No better way for Jordan Brand to bring the “I’m Back” better than retroing an original colorway. We’ve waited 17 years for this colorway so better late than never. What colorway are we talking about? It’s the Air Jordan 14 Retro ‘Indiglo’. The way is finally over!

According to Nike, this particular pair’s aesthetic was inspired by a “world class automobile — fitting to meet the needs of a world-class athlete.” From the full white leather upper to the glowing accents on the shoe, to the shielded Jumpman logo badge, to the 23 on the back of the heel, there’s no wonder the shoe not only looks good that it almost makes one feel fast.

This shoe will be available for adults and kids as well. The Air Jordan 14 (XIV) Retro ‘Indiglo’ is slated to release via SNKRS (and all other Nike retailers) on August 13 for the price of $190 for adults and $140 for kids — which I believe is far too much for a shoe that will be outgrown. Prices should be dropped below $150 at this point with many of the shoes sitting on shelves, but that’s just my two cents.

Will you be copping a pair of the Indiglo? Do these bring back memories? Are you still trying to forget that Reggie Miller rocked these, but okay with Ray ‘Jesus Shuttlesworth” Allen wearing these? Let us know what you think in the comment section.

  1. These were my 1st Js I ever rocked. MAN! Walking into 1st day of school in 98′ with these on, fresh with the black sweater vest over a white tee with khakis. #onpoint #mustcopforme

  2. Finally that OG colorway. Growing up a Bulls fan, I hated MIller. Not because he was bad, but you knew he would always hit that clutch shot. And I think everyone remembers his bows after he hits clutch shots.
