WearTesters 2016 Year in Review with Nightwing2303 & JAHRONMON

As 2016 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on what was a fantastic year for on-court models. adidas Basketball stepped up its game, Kevin Durant’s signature line took a huge leap forward, and BrandBlack took control of the “underrated” market.

It isn’t an easy task when you’re trying to pick the year’s best on-court model but Nightwing2303 and JAHRONMON tried their best to do so. Moreover, they share their picks for the most surprising and worst on-court models of 2016.

  1. NW or Jarron, Merry Christmas first off. Secondly, I’m curious if the Rose 7 is in either of your rotations and if you’ve tried the PN version of that shoe. Obviously the boost is more firm than the CE but there is also a slightly higher, better cushioned insole in the primeknit version of the Rose 7. Wondering your thoughts on that. Also NW, are you more into the Lillard 2/Dame 3 one-to-one type of feel than with the Rose 7?

  2. The most surprising model to me was the curry 2.5. I thought they were going to be awful and stuff and loose fitting but they were decent
