The adidas Harden Vol. 1 has been unveiled! adidas also showcased three coming colorways to the Harden lineup: Home, Cargo, and Gila Monster.
While we only have tech specs right now and no release dates for these colorways, these builds show just how versatile this sneaker is — from the soothing pink hue on the ‘Gila Monster’, to the tonal and suede look of the ‘Cargo’. The ‘Home’ takes a louder approach and flaunts a red Houston Rockets upper with a white toe. I can’t wait to see what adidas does with the knit and Primeknit on this new silhouette.

Very impressive shoe and colorways. Adidas is taking cues from Brandblack because these don’t look like basketball shoes.
Interesting that the toebox area will have different materials, from suede to leather. Hopefully the materials are nice and can be broken in the conform to your foot.

imo these would look better with a darker toe in contrast to the mid/rear. Hope the transition doesn’t ruin the shoe functionally because it’s like right before the toe/crease line. Rest of the elements look promising.

So is he saying he's a crazy monster? hahaha lol When I think of crazy monster when regards to basketball, I directly think of Lebron James instead of Harden. Harden would be way below on my list to be described as monster if he is at all…
I believe a Gila monster is a type of reptile, if I’m not mistaken.
Gila monsters are these big ass lizards in the Mojave Desert, I know they’re common in desert portion of Arizona, and James being an ASU alumnus probably is familiar with them, because if they bite you, it hurts like hell!
It’s the colorway, a Gila Monster is like a black/pink 3 foot-salamander. And LeBron whines to much to be crazy, Draymond Green would be much more qualified.
Even though I really dont like Harden, I love how Adidas did his shoes. No need to worry about boost getting dirty and features leather!! Looking forward to cw with black and white

Gila Monster are fire, so are the homes. I don’t like the cargo the are a little boring.
