UAS Unveils TC SELECT Capsule for SoHo Pop Up Shop

Under Armour Sportwear (UAS) debuted its first collection at NYFW in September to an excited audience. Today, the brand is unveiling the TC SELECT – UAS Collection 01 capsule for the 2016 holiday season.

The mission of UAS is to modernize American sportswear through functionality an intuitive design. The garments are, according to Under Armour, reimagined twists of American sportswear classics straight from the mind of successful designer Tim Coppens and inspired by his personal experiences in downtown New York after immigrating from Belgium. The collection pairs technical translucent outer layers with rich camo prints. The colors grey, black, and white are prominent throughout the collection, with bright orange pops that represent the nighttime New York lights.

The TC SELECT capsule showcases exclusive men’s and women’s Fall/Winter ’16 pieces from UAS Collection 01 and includes:

A men’s Transparent Parka ($349) featuring a water resistant translucent shell with bonded and taped pocketing and an adjustable waist and fishtail
A men’s Quilted Bomber Jacket ($600) with removable sleeves and hood to transition into an insulated vest with sonic welded insulation
A women’s Wool Bomber ($449) with sonic welded sleeves, a sporty rib and a camel melton wool face
A women’s Transparent Cape ($400) with an exceptionally soft and warm merino wool interior and water resistant zipper pockets
New UAS Prime styles: men’s and women’s premium lifestyle layering pieces made of 100-percent merino wool including a compression legging and long-sleeve mock

UAS is launching the exclusive TC SELECT capsule pieces in limited quantities at a pop-up shop at 27 Mercer Street in SoHo beginning December 2. On the same date, select men’s styles will hit Barneys New York and boutiques nationwide including Concepts, Sneaker Politics, Creme 321, A Ma Maniere, Feature, and Xhibition.
