    1. The 1’s flew off shelves after they won the title. The 2’s flew off shelves most of the season as the Warriors set the wins record and Curry had a historic season.

Then Curry gets hurt and they lose in the finals, and herbs on twitter tried to copycat troll for retweets when his white lows came out, and now everybody wants to say how ugly every Curry shoe is no matter what. It was some bandwagoning, overly pressed wannabe in on everything BS that blew his shoes up in the first place. And it’s some piling on, bandwagon, overly pressed wannabe in on everything BS that’s hating on his shoes no matter what at this point. People are doing too much. His shoes were never that hot(interns of design) in the first place, but they aren’t really that bad either.

      1. Yikes.

I don’t like the shoes. I think Under Armour really needs to get better designers, but I’m sure they’re limited with what Curry needs for his brittle ankles.

Having said that, none of his shoes have been very good at all. I kind of feel bad for him because he apparently really wants nice looking shoes, but UA is failing him year after year. It’s a shame The Rock swoops in and gets better looking shoes from jump. Adidas, Nike, even Peak are designing better looking signature sneakers. Tech aside.

Kind of feel bad for him. Not really though.

      2. I am neither a Curry superfan or a hater, and I think they’re fairly ugly. I’ve met others who share this opinion. Unless you got hard proof that Thaabstrakt hates Curry with the fury of a thousand suns, then perhaps you’re overreaching in your defense of Curry or his shoe. Aesthetics are subjective.

        1. I mean….how was I defending it? I said that it was some bandwagoning that blew his shoes up in the first place and that they were never that hot to begin with. But people go way too hard now to talk about how “ugly” Curry’s are. Meanwhile the Kyrie 3’s looking like they got acne, and the last two Lebron soldiers looking like some ski boots. And the Hardens. Good Lord, the Hardens. But yeah, let’s overreact about how “ugly” some fairly simple and plain looking Curry’s are. I mean they don’t look great, but there nothing all that’s abrasively ugly about them either. Cats just saying what they expected to say. Robots.

  1. I personally find this hideous. These appear to be strictly performance. The burrito thing just looks awkward.

    1. ALL these shoes strictly performance. Ain’t nobody older than 12 rocking the Kobe NXTs or the new Lebrons or the new Kyries off the court either. Company’s BEEN struggling on how to create performers that are rockable off the court too. That’s not new.

      1. Um, ok. I just made a statement and I don’t think that it was an absurd one. Enjoy your weekend bruh.

  2. Y’all can get salty at me for calling this pressed BS out all you want….I’m in NYC and I been looking. I haven’t seen one modern hoops shoe on anybody’s foot the entire weekend so far. I’ve seen a million white on white Air Force One lows. I seen a hundred thousand Adidas Superstars. I seen a bunch of NMDs. I’ve seen a lot of Jordan 1’s and Jordan 12s. I’ve seen some Roshes. I’ve seen some different Air Maxes both retro and modern. Ain’t seen ONE modern bball shoe. There’s a good reason for that. There ain’t been a classic bball shoe for off court purposes maybe since Foams and Questions, and y’all want to go extra hard hating on every Curry that drops. FOH with that corny piling on mess. Y’all ain’t rocking Crazy Explosives or Roses or Lillards or Hardens or Hyperdunks or any recent KDs or UltraFlys or any recent Lebrons or Kobe NXTs or Kyrie Acne 3s or Melos or CP3s or any Air Jordans numbered higher than 13 off court either, so who cares? Hate on Underarmour for not being around in the the 1960s, 70s, 80s, or 90s to create the basketball shoes that people actually wear casually. But can you really hate on them for not creating classic off court bball shoes that people wear casually now, when Nike, Jordan, and Adidas don’t either?

    1. You have to work for UA with how you’re highjacking this comment section. It’s ok man. We all find different things attractive or not. Its not just a UA thing. They tried something and some people might like it and others won’t.

      1. LOL, nah. I own very little UA gear. Just tired of the “lulz, Curry’s are so ugly!” stuff. I can’t remember the last time I saw anyone rocking modern performance bball shoes casually. Maybe Kobe 11s a little or Lebron 10s.

  3. The Curry line, in my opinion:
Curry 1: Good start, pretty decent shoes. Good look.
Curry 2: One of the best shoes. Almost everything is excellent in these. Traction, fit, weight, aesthetics. Only gripes are the minimal support and durability.
Curry 2.5: Downgrade from the 2. Burrito fit was terrible and annoying. Materials were stiffer than the 2, which I didn’t like.
Curry 3: UGLY. Decent performer. Significant downgrade from the superior Curry 2.
Curry 3ZERO: Don’t have, can’t say anything about performance. Looks good, but made with cheaper materials.
