The Jordan Big Fund has Returned

For no apparent reason, the Jordan Big Fund has returned.

Originally released around 2006-2007, the Jordan Big Fund was one of the cleaner team models from the Jordan Brand.

Boasting design elements from the Air Jordan 4, the simplistic approach to Retro-esque footwear worked well as the shoe was pretty popular upon its original release. They even released colorways directly tied to the original Air Jordan 4 such as the Black/Cement and White/Cement.

Today’s sneaker world is quite a bit different as team shoes are scoffed at. So it is weird to see the Big Fund make another return.

Three colorways seem to be available now, some of which you can find at CityGear.com & ShoePalace.com — retail is $125.

  1. This is such an interesting shoe. It looks like it’s stuck between late 80’s and early 2000’s, but not in a dynamic way. I think if you put better materials and work on that heel piece you’d have a decent athleisure shoe on your hands. As it is presented here, it’s a pass for me.

  2. If that was a large heel Zoom unit I would have been interested but to me this is yet another crappie shoe by Jordan brand bootlegging their own stuff
