Tracy Morgan is the face of this year’s Foot Locker Week of Greatness, a week-long event featuring some of the hottest sneaker and gear releases from many major brands.
The Week of Greatness will feature premium releases from Nike, adidas, Jordan, Under Armour, PUMA, Timberland, New Balance, and ASICS. According to Foot Locker, hot releases will drop every day.
Jump starting the holiday shopping season worldwide at Foot Locker stores on November 21 (I guess it’s just never too early), there are two new spots staring the comedian as he makes his very own return to greatness. The spots were created by the worldwide BBDO agency.
Stacy Cunningham, Executive Vice President of Marketing for Foot Locker had this to say: “We’re excited to unveil our two new commercials featuring Tracy Morgan to kick off our annual ‘Week of Greatness.’” He continued, “We enjoyed working with Tracy to usher in his own return to greatness as part of our holiday campaign. This week is all about bringing new premium sneakers, apparel and gear into the hands of our customers and we’re happy to do that in such a fun way.”
“I had a great time working with Foot Locker and was grateful to work with my wife and daughter in one of the spots,” Tracy Morgan said. “It means a lot to me to be able to team up with Foot Locker on their ‘Week of Greatness.’ I’m happy to do this for my fans and hope to make them laugh during one of the biggest weeks of the year!”
