Test Shoot: 361 Bio-Speed and Soul Mate

361 Bio-Speed x Soul Mate (5)

This edition of Test Shoot spotlights the 361 Bio-Speed and the 361 Soul Mate training silos, two unique crosstrainers on the market today.
The Bio-Speed (shown in black/limeade) and the Soul Mate (shown in navy and red) are the premier models of 361 (361 Degrees/361°) and actually are quite dynamic in their appearances.

The Bio-Speed is low to the ground and extremely light. It feels closer to a speed trainer for turf and would be great for body-weight training that requires jumping and pushing from the ground, in addition to sprinting.

The Soul Mate, on the other hand, has a great substantive wear that seems better able to fulfill its purpose in the gym as a runner and crosstrainer of any and every exercise — even with its own low weight.

While the Soul Mate has since transitioned to its second form you can still get the Bio-Speed for yourself at 361 here.

And while you’re at it, considering that this is a visual feature rather than a true review, you can see the official WearTesters performance review of the Bio-Speed here.

  1. Dang love that these china brands are throwing heat. Remember when Anta was the setup and 361 was the punchline?

    1. And the fact that 361 has a serious cushioning setup with Qu!kfoam is not to be ignored. They have a great outlook and performance is there – just need a wider audience.

      1. Yeah looks to me they just need to poach a few good players to really breakthrough. Maybe a Isaiah or DeMar, good players but aint gonna get a sig anytime soon from nike.
