Limited to just 2,300 pairs worldwide, the Solefly x Air Jordan 17 Low ‘Reverse Lightning’ has been one of the most highly-anticipated releases of the year.
While leakers @zsneakerheadz and @djfolk got the release date off by a week, the Solefly x Air Jordan 17 Low ‘Reverse Lightning’ will be launching for All-Star Weekend on February 16 at 10:00 AM EST for $225. It is a first come first served release exclusively at Solefly’s Cutler Bay location.
The first 23 customers will be able to get their pairs embroidered with their names like the pairs for celebrities and athletes including the Migos, Drake, Chris Paul, DJ Khaled, and of course, Michael Jordan.
Each pair of these yellow and black sneakers is individually numbered and upgraded with ostrich leather (which is probably patterned tumbled leather made to look more premium). the original Air Jordan 17 featured a blow-molded Air unit in the heel and forefoot Zoom Air, but there is no word on whether the tech remains in these collaborative pairs.
You can check out Nightwing2303’s Air Jordan 17 Retro Performance Review to learn more about this Jordan model.
For those outside of Florida, a very limited online release will follow the in-store drop so stay tuned to the Solefly socials for details on that.
