This past Sunday, May 14, was Mother’s Day. If you just realized that, well, there is always next year — if you are allowed back in the family. For those of us who remembered our moms, and those of us who have wives and children (you better remember them too), this is a day to make up for whatever stupid stuff you’ve done that she remembers.
However, if you’re Steph Curry, you get Under Armour to make a special Mother’s Day edition of your latest shoe, the 3ZER0, to celebrate your wife’s new book.
This is the real “Chef Curry” sneaker; the shoe draws from the cover of Stephen’s wife Ayesha’s new cookbook titled The Seasoned Life. This Curry 3ZER0 is complete with gold details (that read Chef Curry), a glow in the dark outsole that flaunts The Seasoned Life beneath it, and an Ayesha Curry graphic on the insoles.
The Curry 3ZER0, if you don’t already know, is a leaner version of the 2016-2017 Curry 3 that is built for the Playoffs. So far, we have seen four colorways hit retail, but more builds are coming soon. Unfortunately, this super-limited colorway is long gone.

these are TOUGH
The mesh on the upper is nice. I’ll admit UA has nice materials on the upper, as varied and durable as anything adidas has on their shoes. I like the muted tones too.
