The latest Pharrell Williams x three stripes collab is here, with the adidas Tennis Hu dropping in four new colorways in a ‘Solids Pack’.
While past Pharrell models have been limited in nature, the new Tennis HU should be available to all (although demand may be just as high.) If you were wondering, the HU stands for Human Race, with the HU letters being prominently featured on on the Human Race NMD.
While this shoe doesn’t feature Boost like that NMD, the shoe boasts EVA in the midsole and a breathable upper to make a good shoe for the rest of the Summer.
The pack consists of colors that include Dark Blue, Scarlet Red, a Royal Blue, as well as Collegiate Gold (yellow.)

Sigh…if only these had some boost or bounce. Hell, cloudfoam would be nice.
Truth. $120 for mesh and EVA is trash. Take away Pharrell’s name and the shoe should be cut by about $40.
it’s actually a really nice primeknit on the upper, not mesh, shoe is comfortable and light as anything out there, though i too wish that they came with a bounce midsole
here in hong kong they go for a bit more than $100 USD, which i think is pretty worth it, problem is that you won’t be wearing them when summer is over….
