adidas and United Arrows & Sons, a Japanese fashion brand, are longtime collaborators that usually bring something new. The latest capsule, just a new NMD CS1 PK and two tracksuits, does just that.
By adding up and coming typographer MIKITYPE into the mix, this latest capsule from the Three Stripes brand uses bold Katakana text graphics that read “United Arrows & Sons” and “adidas Originals.” The text adds a new dimension to the classic adidas tracksuit as it weaves through the stripes.
The newest rendition of the NMD CS1 PK will surely sell out instantly, and it flaunts the Katakana on the medial support panels and heel tabs in white. Moreover, the outsole gets some gum hits.
The adidas Originals x United Arrows & Sons NMD CS1 PK launches online on March 24 at End Clothing for £149 (approx. $185). If you’re interested in this capsule, keep it locked to the adidas Originals and United Arrows social channels. To check out more of MIKITYPE’s work, click here.
