The Nike PG 2 ‘Blue Lagoon’ is Dropping Next

It’s been a few weeks since fans of the Nike PG 2 have gotten a new colorway. Next week, Paul George’s second signature shoe will release in a striking Blue Lagoon/Hyper Violet look with some subtle changes.

This latest PG 2 won’t use the usual angular Paul George logo at the tongue; instead, the right tongue will use a bold Nike logo while the left tongue reps a Swoosh. Paul George’s branding can be found on the heel tabs, just look closely.

The Nike PG 2 ‘Blue Lagoon’ will utilize suede from heel to midfoot while the forefoot side panels feature an interesting texture that appears to be fish scale-like (a nod to Paul George’s love of fishing). The Swoosh at the midsole also echoes that texture and the multicolored forefoot Zoom unit underfoot gives the wearer something extra on this bright blue sneaker.

The Nike PG 2 ‘Blue Lagoon’ releases on May 25 for $110 at Eastbay.com.
