The Nike sneaker specifically made for CrossFit training in the Nike MetCon 1 Trainer is available now in a new colorway at Finish Line.
The sneaker boasts a Lime Green outsole, with a Game Royal Blue toe box and white with Midnight Blue on the heel.
While Nike has long made training shoes dating back to the Bo Jackson days, the recent trend in CrossFit training sparked by the competition. The shoe incorporates Flywire and Hyperfuse for a lockdown fit and support, respectively. The midsole cushioning is a dual-density foam and is relatively flat, making the shoe versatile enough for all sorts of activities like lifting, climbing, jumping and sprinting.
