Nike Air Max ’95 Gets The ‘What The’ Treatment

It was only a matter of time before the ‘What The’ theme spilled over into other categories.

While making it’s debut on a Nike SB Dunk Low, the ‘What The’ theme has been adopted by the Nike Basketball camp as nearly every signature model has had the mash-up treatment at one time or another. Now it seems to be transitioning into the Retro and Runner category which could lead to interesting things if Jordan Brand ever decides to run with the concept.

These are pretty toned down compared to past ‘What The’ models. They pretty much look like the colorway of the shoe that inspired the amalgamation depending on what side of the kicks you’re looking at. Admittedly, I’m not a huge Air Max fan, but I appreciate the model. The Classic Neon 95 is a dope looking shoe, while the Grape version was a nice new colorway.

There is no official US release date at the moment, but they have released at select locations overseas so we could see them hit Stateside soon.
