Nike Air Huarache Knitted ‘Hot Lava’

Not your grandma’s knitwear, Nike Sportswear is going all in with the Nike Air Huarache Knitted ‘Hot Lava’.

While the material used isn’t the swoosh flagship Flyknit technology, the knitted material is a welcome departure from the typical Huarache. The toe box in which that knit is located is normally reserved for mesh or neoprene. Instead, the shoe boasts multiple colors including Hot Lava on the toe, with a crazy pattern that is totally unrelated but still reminds me of Space Invaders figures.

The rest of the shoe is standard fare, with a neoprene sock, nubuck side panels and the heel strip that is in a unique color known as Light Bone.
