Oh what could have been….

Ever since LeBron came into the league in 2003, basketball fans have been anticipating an NBA Finals matchup between Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. Well, it never happened and with Kobe playing in his last NBA season, we will never know what a Kobe vs. LeBron finals would be like.

In this episode of NBA Talk we go over the three season that really should have ended with a Kobe vs. LeBron finals matchup. Who would have won? Why didn’t it happen? What could have been?   1. I admit it would have been entertaining to see this matchup anytime throughout those three years but as a Lakers Fan myself..after we took out boston… nothing else mattered!!

  2. With LeBron it all comes down to 1-stat in Finals, LeBron at Power Forward scores 50%+ of his FG’s, LeBron at Small Forward in Finals is 40% FG’s. He takes about the same amount of shots.

    That’s why LeBron has 2 rings with Chris Bosh out(and LeBron playing most PF minutes), and is 0-4 as a SF.

    Any Kobe-/Lakers-team would have been able to stop SF LeBron, no Kobe-/Lakers-team would’ve been able to stop PF LeBron.
