It was uncertain if Li-Ning and the Way of Wade brand would release an Encore version of the WoW 3 due to Wade’s absence in the Playoffs, but it looks like later on this year we’ll be getting them.
There is a strap, which is the obvious change, but there are some panels that have been redesigned as well. It’s hard to tell from these images, but the midfoot shank plate could have been removed from the shoe. If it has been removed then I think these will play much better than the original version. If it’s still there…well, then these will be a WoW 3 with a strap.

Did those WoW 3s that were supposedly modified make any difference to you, Nightwing? Did you end up playing in them?
I recall you having a video saying that you got a pair where Li-Ling made some changes to them. Anyone know which colorways those changes are on?
