While the LeBron Soldier 12 does differ from its predecessor in aesthetics, the shoe itself is relatively unchanged; it features the same forefoot and heel Zoom Air setup (albeit with a thicker forefoot unit than the Soldier 11 used) and the same strapped fit system.
