LeBron James took to social media to show off an authentic pair of the Nike LeBron 17.
Yesterday we reported our best look yet at upcoming Nike LeBron 17. After multiple outlets began to report the news, LeBron James and lead designer Jason Petrie took to the comment section to notify everyone that the shoe being shown was a fake.
Does that mean that the shoe that was shown is an inaccurate representation of what will be the Nike LeBron 17? I don’t believe so. As we can see with the on-foot look provided by LeBron, the tech specs look to be the same.
A 3/4th length Air Max 270/720 unit is in place while the forefoot will feature two podded Max Zoom Air units. The build looks to be knit and the overall design is visually representative of the fake shoe that made its way across the internet.
We’re sure that we’ll see an official press release from Nike Inc. on the Nike LeBron 17 soon enough. In the meantime, these small glimpses will have to do.
