The Kyrie 2 Prepares for Back to School Season

It’s been almost two months since Game 7 of the NBA Finals and we are still seeing colorways of the Nike Kyrie 2 trickle out. This Yellow/Black edition is the latest one.

The materials stay the same as previous models, but the colorway seems to be the big change on this edition. Designers also incorporated a school bus theme with the lettering and lines on the heel. They even hammered it home with a Kyrie stop-sign logo on the tongue. There is no word yet on when these will release.

I think this colorway looks more like a GS release. Colorways always make or break a shoe, and this one captures some of the playground feel to Kyrie’s game.

Are you feeling this one? Let us know what you think of this Yellow/Black version of the Nike Kyrie 2 below in the comment section and stay tuned for release dates.

  1. Change the swoosh logo to red, take out the kyrie stop logo, the school bus and this would’ve been the Kyrie 2 Bruce Lee colorway lmao

  2. Reminds me of Steve Smith’s top 5 plays under the rim on NBA TV, where Kyrie is called the Bus Driver,

Im guessing that’s the inspiration for this colorway.

  3. Kyrie may have only played 11 games as a Duke Blue Devil before an injury sidelined him for the rest of his Freshman season, but that didn t stop the electric guard from being drafted first overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
