The Jordan Westbrook .02 to Debut

Westbrook 0.2 - Tongue

Russell Westbrook’s on-court demeanor has been nothing short of a firecracker waiting to explode. With the weight of the Oklahoma Thunder on his shoulders now, Russ is ready to lead them on and off the court.

Last year, Westbrook received his first signature shoe, the Westbrook.0. Keeping up with his reputation as a fashionable guy, Jordan Brand has continued assisting Westbrook his eclectic mix of styles. This year, Jordan Broad offers a sequel to his previous silhouette featuring contemporary design fueled by layers of panels in a high top format.

Inspired by classic Air Jordan 1, the sneaker debuts with an AJ1-inspired outsole, along with layers of black suede, and camo print along the canvas. With the words “Why” and “Not” on the inner tongue and the Westbrook logo on the outer visible tongue, the sneakers really display the foray of Westbrook’s motto.

These sneakers are slated to release on October 8 on at Nike retailers but price is still TBD.

Do you like this iteration of the Westbrook signature better than his original pair? What do you think of the camo print? Would you have liked to see something different? Let us know what you think in the comment section.
