This edition of the Melo M10 is a special one, not because of the color scheme, but because of the story.
This colorway is simple, using just two different shades of grey, most likely Wolf Grey and Cool Grey, and green and gold accents. What sets this colorway apart is the tongue design. Printed over a nylon material, the tongue features memories, images, and words that represent who Carmelo Anthony is. The Puerto Rican flag as well as the Brooklyn Bridge are visible on the tongue.
No news on when these are set to release, but we’ll keep you in the know.

I still don’t understand why they changed carbon fiber plate to plastic
The chrome TPU piece works just as well as carbon fiber. It’s also used as a story-telling piece and so that it looks different from the XX8.
If Jordan Brand really want to make this shoe “look different from the XX8,” they would have used another sole instead of using the exact one appeared on the XX8.
If you believe that plastic can work as well as carbon fiber(there wouldn’t be a big difference anyway), then you should say that nobody should put carbon fiber plate on shoes, since it’s more expansive, and that plastic can also get the job done.
The only reason I can think of is that Jordan Brand wants to save money, that’s it. They used XX8’s sole with a cheaper heel cup to save cost.
Hey man, I’m not the designer lol I think it was the Kobe 8 elite performance review where NW stated that CF works just like the TPU heel clip. Carbon fiber is used on most higher end models to give it a sense of luxury. In the case of the M10, even though it’s plastic, it’s shiny, which looks fancy to most consumers, plus it uses “premium” materials, thus resulting in a higher price. Like I said, I’m not the designer, I’m just putting in what I notice.

The print could’ve used more color to standout since the laces covers most of it. How the BHM was done was excellent.
Dopest color way yet! Only the bhm and the gym reds tie with it as my favorite. Really loving the design. Just wish that they came with xdr outsoles.
