The Jordan Flight Runner 3 — also labeled as the Jordan Trainer ST — is a fairly new model from Jordan Brand that is severely overlooked.
These feature some great materials as performance woven makes its way to the forefoot, synthetics make up the midfoot panels, and TPU cages the heel. They sport a dual density midsole for supreme comfort along with a flex outsole to help promote mobility while training.
There have been plenty of colorways of the shoe to release already, but this one is super clean. A simple White/ Black look with a touch of Gold. Can’t go wrong whether you’re training in them or rocking them casually.

I really like the Flight Runner 2s for casual wear and lifting. These have the same tooling with an improved looking upper. Can’t wait to get a pair of the 3s with a reasonable discount…
The synthetic on the upper kinda ruins it. Would have preferred straight up woven
