Jordan Brand Classic 2013 Air Jordan XX8 ‘West’ PE – Detailed Look

Back in March, Jordan Brand held their annual Jordan Brand Classic event featuring 22 of the top prospects around the country.

Both the East and West teams were given PE edition Air Jordan XX8’s to wear on-court and I was somehow lucky enough to have been given a pair. This is the West version – you can see both versions HERE – and from what I’ve been told, they will not hit retail. There is a promo sample label on the size tag which I forgot to take a picture of but I will show that in the upcoming video.

I’ve never really owned anything ‘rare’ before… I only really have a bunch of General Releases and basketball models so to have something like this in my possession is really special. Big thank you to everyone over at Jordan Brand & enjoy the images after the jump.

  7. That red, black, & gold is fire! The clear soles(all of them) kills it for me though. I wish we could’ve seen them on feet since they are P.E.s and we don’t have shot at copping a pair.

      1. I think about my kicks with longevity in mind. All clear(not white)soles WILL yellow over time. I would gladly accept a pair like NW did though.

  10. I’m going to say the same thing here that I told the guy at the shoe store….I wouldn’t wear these if they added an extra 10″ to my vertical! That’s coming from a guy that pretty much uses hoop shoes for just hoopin’, and doesn’t care too much about the style, as long as it looks decent (current shoes black Lebron 10’s and red/blk Durant 5’s).

    On another note….Does anyone know of any place to order just 1 shoe? I ruptured my achilles, and am still in a walking boot for 2 months. Need the comfort and support of a good shoe, but don’t want to wear out 1 of all of my good ones!

  12. NW alright JB hooked you up with that first general release cw, now you get an unreleased west pe that looks better than probably all the general releases, what’s next your own pe’s you never know haha congrats keep up the great work.
