The Air Jordan 1 High Flyknit ‘Royal’ Has a Release Date

Following the early September release of the Jordan 1 “Banned” Flyknit, the Royal Blue version has finally gotten a release date.

This iconic Royal Blue colorway has gotten a modern upgrade in the form of a Flyknit upper and premium leather. Russell Westbrook was spotted sporting the new look at his book signing last night.

The insides of the tongues read”1985,” an homage to the original release year of this signature Jordan silhouette.

The shoe is set to release on October 7 at select retailers and Nike.com for $200, according to J23App.

Share your thoughts with us on this new colorway and let us know if you plan to cop a pair.

  1. The lack of overlays makes the I’s look very flat, just textures really isn’t enough contrast. They probably should’ve used more ribs, like on the XXX2.
