Get a Detailed Look at the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Northern Lights’

The 2016 NBA All-Star game is headed to Toronto, and this year’s Foamposite release is based off the Northern Lights.

This pair features an interesting graphic along the upper Posite material that is supposed to represent the Northern Lights. They remind me more of a fish tank, but maybe I’m just crazy. You can see the reflective hits on the pull tabs, and they come with an extra set of laces that are reflective as well. Something I love about the shoe is their leather eyestay and black outsole; it just looks great.

Check out the detailed look below and let us know if you plan on grabbing a pair on February 12 for $250.

  1. I find these to be underrated. In natural light they look better than in stock pics and such.

    Just that price tag…

  2. So they copied Adidas with their XENO parts and put a terrible looking upper? They should have made the foamposite shell thermo-chromatic or something.

    1. I’m not saying Adidas puts out terrible looking uppers (actually complete opposite), but that design looks terrible.
