An On-Foot Look at the Way of Wade 6 LS

Thanks to Li-Ning footwear designer @underdoggy_, we now have an on-foot look at the Way of Wade 6 LS (lifestyle).

Designed for off the court casual wear, the Way of Wade 6 LS uses a one-piece knit upper that extends up past the ankle to accentuate the sock-shoe look. It rides atop the WoW 6 tooling and retains the carbon fiber strap from the on-court model.

Because it shares the WoW 6’s tooling, the shoe rides atop Drive Foam. The foam was developed by BASF, the same German chemical company behind Boost and Brooks’ DNA AMP foam, so it should be nice for off-court use.

You can learn more about Drive Foam by checking out AnotherPair’s Detailed First Impressions of the Way of Wade ‏6.

There is no word yet on when the Way of Wade 6 LS will make its way Stateside, but we’ll update you when more information becomes available. It is currently available in the black/white colorway pictured here at HiBasketballShoes for $180.

If you, like this writer, can’t wait for this sneaker to land in the U.S., share your thoughts in the comments below.
