With the NBA All-Star weekend nearly here, Foot Locker has partnered with Nike and Jordan Brand to celebrate 10 years of House of Hoops. With the launch of an Instagram account for House of Hoops, Foot Locker is hosting a series of events for basketball culture.
Foot Locker will celebrate House of Hoops during All-Star Weekend at its new flagship Hollywood & Highland store. The outdoor mall where the store will be located will be transformed into a full-length basketball court for special activities.
Kyrie Irving, basketball influencer Filayyyy, Jah Swish, and the Splash Sisters will take to the House of Hoops court Saturday, February 17, for a special event that includes a skills challenge, dunk contest, and integrative consumer games. This weekend, the Nike Foamposite ‘Big Bang’ and House of Hoops 10-Year Anniversary Pack will release exclusively at select House of Hoops. The anniversary pack includes the Jordan SuperFly, Generation 23, and Air Jordan 10.
Additionally, with the new launch of the unique House of Hoops Instagram account, two new digital series will be debuted, beginning tomorrow, February 15. The first episode of Off the Record will feature Penny Hardaway and Jayson Tatum. The second series will be a live game-show style series called Stockroom 23 and the first episode will be hosted by Victor Oladipo.
