Nike Basketball mixes it up this year with individual stories for each signature sneaker in the 2015 Christmas collection.
The LeBron 13 is inspired by the cold winters in Cleveland, featuring a frosty silver, white and light blue color blocking. The clear lion head lace lock further adds to the theme, looking like an ice sculpture.
The Kyrie 2 features a similar colorway, with the lighter blue being inspired by the abominable snowman which is a figure associated with cold Christmas winters.
The KD 8 plays off of the Christmas phrase “naughty or nice,” with the lateral side featuring white to represent niceness and the medial side featuring black with a pattern resembling coal.
The Kobe 10 features another fiery theme, with a fiery red based multicolor Flyknit upper. Kobe’s five rings are on display on the heel, with the gold theme being closely related to the song, the Twelve Days of Christmas.
