We’ve seen a couple LeBron 14 colorways so far but this one, which carries the “Black Ice” nickname, is one of the cleanest we’ve seen to date. Now, we have a much more close-up look at the soon to be released LeBron 14.
Overall, the colorway is pretty simple with an all black upper to go along with outlines of white and speckled paint along the midsole. The outsole is translucent, and we’ll see how it holds once we get our hands on a pair for weartesting. There is obviously max volume Zoom Air, particularly the large pod located in the heel, to go along with three smaller pods at the forefoot and arch area. The set up is very similar to that used on the LeBron 13. The shoe is finished off with a dynamic midfoot strap to go along with a dual-zone composite upper that utilizes engineered laser perforations and internal Flywire lacing for a dynamic fit.
The “Black Ice” colorway is rumored to drop on January 28 for $175. Do you plan on copping? Are you waiting for a full review before copping? Let us know what you think in the comment section.
