Brandblack, the Los Angeles-based brand doing premium footwear and apparel, has confirmed a release date the upcoming Nomo.
If you’ve been reading WearTesters the past eight months you know that a few Brandblack Nomo release dates have come and gone. However, the brand has now confirmed an October arrival at retail in an Instagram post.
While several super limited edition builds of the Brandblack Nomo have debuted at fashion trade shows overseas, like the ‘Sakura’ build, they were never released in wide numbers or online.
The sneaker rides atop an articulated Vibram tooling — which is different than what the brand used on the Brandblack Aura — and it will get the same genuine leather insoles used in the brand’s Kaze and Viento running silhouettes. The leather insoles should help reduce odor in the shoe due to leather’s naturally antimicrobial properties.
We still have no word on what the Brandblack Nomo will retail for when it arrives in October so stay tuned. You can check out the launch colorways coming for AW18 below.
