I’d go with the 10. I’m usually a 10 and when I tried on a 10 in-store the fit was perfect. They’re more for casual wear for me–the leather is too nice to ball in haha

True size. Yes the leather will break in and form to you. I went TTS and I had wide feet and fit was still pretty good. Don’t go down imo.
