Spring is officially here and with it AsicsTiger, the running brand’s streetwear division, has released the Gel-Lyte MT ‘Camo’.
All winter long fans of this silhouette have been waiting on a camo build. The Haven x AsicsTiger Gel-Lyte MT would pair well with a camo outfit due to its green tones, but didn’t use any actual camo. Now that the snow is melting, AsicsTiger has let loose the camo.
The Gel-Lyte MT ‘Camo’ flaunts camouflage canvas panels that wrap the entire shoe. With Gel cushioning in the midsole, the shoe rides atop an aggressive gum outsole for improved traction. The iconic split tongue of the Gel-Lyte III is still here, while a neoprene internal bootie from the Gel-Lyte V offers the ankle a bit more protection from the elements.
